1. Who we are

The site is operated by Agroval Ltda. (“Agroval”), a Chilean company dedicated to marketing and exporting fruit, located at Av. Presidente Kennedy 7440, Of. 805, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile.

2. Use of the site

The site provides information about our services for growers and buyers. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with its operation or attempt to access its systems without authorization.
• Use its content for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Agroval or third parties.
• Submit false information, or third-party information without their authorization, through the forms.

3. Information is indicative

Information about fruit, varieties, seasons, formats, markets and availability is indicative and may vary with the season, growing conditions and the agreements with each client. It is not a binding offer. The commercial terms of each operation are agreed in writing, case by case.

4. Forms and contact

Submitting a form or writing to us does not create a contractual relationship or bind either party. We aim to reply promptly. The processing of the data you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, designs, logos and the Agroval and Golden Hat brands shown on the site belong to Agroval or their respective owners. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without prior written authorization.

6. Third-party links

The site may include links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or policies, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site's information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Agroval is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions based solely on its indicative information.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago.
